Outer Loop West Phase I Virtual Public Hearing
Get involved with the development of Temple’s mobility system!
The City of Temple (COT) and TxDOT are proposing to widen a portion of Old Waco Road, and this project will include widening the road to 4 lanes (2 lanes in each direction), in addition to constructing a bike lane, a hike-and-bike trail, and curb and gutters to improve drainage.
COT and TxDOT will post a pre-recorded video presentation about the Outer Loop West Phase I project, and this presentation will be available for viewing from November 28 to December 23, 2022. Visit bit.ly/TempleOuterLoopWest1 to watch the presentation when it goes live.
