- Existing customers can add multiple utility accounts to their user profiles.
- New Users will need to register your utility account using your account number.
- The Pay Now payment option is available for customers who do not want to register and/or sign into their accounts.
NEW AND IMPROVED PAYMENT PORTAL
Our new, and greatly improved, online payment portal is now live. The emailed bill you receive after February 12 will have the link to our new site. You will be able to register your account and easily view your bill. Customers previously enrolled in credit card autopay will be required to re-enroll. Please reach out if you have any questions.
If you are getting an error when trying to access the new site, you may need to clear your cache and try again.
UTILITY E-PAY
Customers can conveniently pay their utility bills by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the automated phone system. We accept E-Check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

There are two ways to automatically pay your bill each month:
Online Enrollment
You can register your utility account online and set up automatic payments on a credit card or through your checking or savings account.
- Automatic payments are processed on the due bill date (this date varies from month to month, depending on the due date)
- To cancel or modify your payment method,please log into your online account. If you need assistance modifying enrollment, please notify our office in writing at least 5 days before the next draft date
- As of February 12, 2024, customers who were previously enrolled in Credit Card autopay will be required to re-enroll in the new online payment portal.
Bank Draft Authorization
- If you need assistance completing enrollment in bank draft autopay, please submit an Automatic Payment Authorization Form
- A copy of a voided check or bank-produced document, showing the routing and account number, will be required for our office to enroll your account
Please note, any payment that is returned by the financial institution as unpaid will result in a $30 fee being assessed to the utility account. Payments that are returned after the original disconnection date are subject to interruption without notice.
City of Temple utility billing accounts may qualify for a payment extension if certain account criteria are met.
- Not all accounts will qualify for an extension.
- Customers should contact the Utility Business Office before 5:00 pm on their cutoff date to request an extension.
