The Communications & Marketing department for the City of Temple is responsible for all communications, marketing and advertising efforts for all city-related programs, projects, services and events, including but not limited to: disseminating information through the media; managing communications in an emergency response; managing all social media and websites; and providing photography, graphic design and video production services.
The department has been recognized for innovation and excellence awards from the National Association for Government Communicators Blue Pencil & Gold Screen Awards, Texas Travel Awards, Texas Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus, City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA) and Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO) for various awards!
