Residential water, wastewater (sewer), garbage collection and curbside recycling services are provided through the City. The City of Temple bills monthly for water, sewer, solid waste and drainage fees.
The Solid Waste Division provides garbage and recycling collection service to over 24,000 residential and 2,100 commercial and industrial customers. We also provide brush/bulk item pickup to all residential customers using 6 brush trucks. Brush is diverted from the landfill to the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant to be recycled and used for compost and mulch.Find your Garbage/Recycling/Brush & Bulk pick up schedule here.
