Market Trail Medley: Lil' Bit O' Bloomin'

The Bloomin’ Temple Festival has been regarded as a fan-favorite local event for several years. This modified version of the event, Lil’ Bit O’ Bloomin’, is a FREE family-friendly experience with plenty to see, do, and shop. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming festival. This event will feature live music on two stages, arts, crafts, exhibitors, and food throughout the festival. There will also be a designated kids zone with activities for children to enjoy, and two interactive art exhibits, in which community members can showcase their creative talents.

WHEN: Friday, April 29 from 6-10 p.m. & Saturday, April 30 from 11 a.m.- 10 p.m.

ROAD CLOSURE INFO: Event parking lots will open at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 29 and 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 30.

Road closure details are listed below. Unless noted otherwise, these roads will remain closed for the duration of the event and will reopen to the public at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 30. Access will be maintained to businesses.

Thursday, April 28 beginning at 8 a.m.
  • Alley closure on S. 1st St. behind Extraco Banks, located at 106 S. 1st St.
Friday, April 29 beginning at 12 p.m.
  • Partial road closure of W. Ave. A, from S. 5th St. to S. 7th St.
Friday, April 29 beginning at 3 p.m.
  • Partial road closure of S. 5th St., from W. Central Ave. to W. Ave. A.
  • Partial road closure of S. 7th St., from W. Central Ave. to W. Ave. A.
  • Partial road closure of S. 9th St., from W. Central Ave. to W. Ave. A. This road will reopen at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 29 for access to event parking lots only.
  • Partial road closure of S. 11th St., from W. Central Ave. to W. Ave. A.
  • Partial road closure of W. Ave. B, from Gandy’s Barber Shop parking lot, located at 201 S. 1st St., through the 3rd St. bridge.
  • 3rd St. will remain open, but event guests will not be able to access event parking lots from 3rd St.
