All contractors must submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) prior to commencing projects within the City of Temple’s city limits.
A COPY OF ALL SWPPPs, NOIs AND NOTs MUST ALSO BE SUBMITTED (by mail or email) PRIOR TO PROJECT COMMENCEMENT OR TERMINATION TO:
