Please complete the interest form above at least 2-weeks in advance of your event. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The trailer is completely free(with refundable $25 deposit) to use, compliments of the City of Temple!

Guidelines
The purpose of the Neighborhood Party Trailer is to provide the opportunity for neighbors to gather together, get to know one another, and promote neighborhood engagement. Any community member who reserves the Neighborhood Party Trailer must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Reservation location must be within the Temple City limits.
- Trailer will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be submitted at least two weeks before requested reservation.
- Trailer is only available to be reserved on specific dates that are listed on the Neighborhood Party Trailer webpage, templetx.gov/blockparty.
- Residents may reserve the trailer one time per calendar year.
- Resident must complete a waiver form, party trailer application and outdoor event application prior to confirmation.
- Effective January 1, 2024, a $25 refundable deposit is required to reserve the Neighborhood Party Trailer. The deposit will be returned to the resident if the trailer is returned in the manner it was received.
- The household that reserves the trailer is solely responsible for the trailer and its contents between the time of drop off and pick up. A pre-event checklist / inspection will be performed at the time of delivery. The household is responsible for securing the trailer. If any damage or loss of property occurs, the household must report such damage or loss of property to the City of Temple within twenty-four hours of discovery. If the trailer or its contents are stolen or damaged due to crime, the resident shall immediately report such instances to the Temple Police Department.
- Use of the trailer shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
- A City of Temple employee will deliver the trailer at a pre-arranged location and time.
- Party trailer must be parked on a paved surface out of roadway.
- The household will not be permitted to move the trailer at any time.
- A City of Temple employee will pick up the trailer at an agreed upon location and time.
- A household member must be present at pick-up to complete a post-event checklist inspection.
- All inventory items must be clean, dry, and secured in their appropriate spaces before pickup. The trailer should be swept and free of any trash.
- The household is responsible for any damages or missing items. Fees will be assessed based on the values listed on the inventory checklist.
