Payments
Citizens may use a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards to pay their monthly water bills, make a payment on traffic tickets or other citations issued by the City of Temple, and make payments on their miscellaneous receivable accounts with the City of Temple.

Utility Bill OnlineVisit the Utility E-Pay site to make your monthly water bill payment. Here you may see billing history, payment history, and consumption history for your account, and also make changes to your mailing address. You can store your credit card information in a secure online wallet to make the monthly payment process more convenient.
Municipal Court OnlineVisit the Court E-Pay site to pay fines and fees on municipal court tickets. Once you enter a ticket number and your driver’s license number, all of your outstanding ticket balances will be presented. You may elect to pay any or all of your tickets, including installments on existing payment plans, in a single transaction.
Accounts Receivable OnlineVisit the Accounts Receivable E-Pay site to make payments on your code enforcement, retiree insurance, solid waste, and other miscellaneous receivable accounts. Here you may see any unpaid charges and payment history for your account. You can store your credit card information in a secure online billfold to make the monthly payment process more convenient or you can enter your credit card information each time you make a payment.
