To produce a realistic and adequate plan for future growth, it is essential to understand the framework within which the TPL Airport functions. An initial task within this Master Plan consists of gathering data to provide a clear definition of the Airport's physical and operational features.
For the 2008 Drainage Master Plan update, the City chose to build upon the foundation laid by the 1997 Drainage Basin Study and update the list of projects to address current flooding problems throughout Temple. As such, the City retained Jacobs Carter Burgess, Inc. to update the plan.
