Arbor of Hope

The City of Temple has partnered with the City of Killeen and Bell County to develop a strategic plan to address homelessness throughout the county. The plan is called Operation: RISE - Robust Interagency Strategic Engagement, which includes the creation and development of the Arbor of Hope campus.
