Aerobic exercises help build endurance and stamina. Cool down exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Movements can be performed standing or seated; adaptable for all levels of mobility.

Improve balance, range of motion and strength, while keeping the mind active and alert. Chair friendly for those with limited mobility.
