Get Fit, Stay Fit! Join jour energized instructor, Sherri Joseph, in this low-impact, core-strengthening program designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and range of motion. This long-running fitness program uses light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Adaptable for all levels of mobility.

Our expert, Bryan Davis, a local genealogist, will share countless ways to dig up long-ago facts stored in old family bibles, photo albums and scrapbooks; along with court records, legal documents and certificates. Even old cemetery plat can provide long lost information. from those archives he will then navigate enthusiasts to use the endless resources to establish an active, electronic family tree using Ancestry.com.
