Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Unlike most martial arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Since Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience.
