Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

    Preschool Prep is designed to help our young friends prepare for big school! Preschool Prep will meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month and each Friday will be themed to help the children learn and grow in a fun environment. All children must be potty trained to attend the Preschool Prep. Pre-Registration Required!

  2. Tierra Mestiza Ballet Folklorico

    October 4, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Blackmon Community Center

    Learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work. Students will need to bring hard-soled shoes.
