Just Keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Wrap yourself in lots of fleecy fun! Fleece is a warm, snuggly fabric that is very easy to use for a variety of projects. Learn to make your own hand-tied knot blanket. These handmade personalized blankets make great gifts or keep it for yourself. Participants are required to bring two, 2-yard size pieces of fleece to make a blanket. All other materials will be provided. Pre-Registration Required.
