This long-running fitness program uses light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout. The first meeting of the month will include continued computer research and related discussions on new discoveries. The second meeting of the month will involve off-site field research at local cemeteries to do stone readings, rubbings and clean-ups; and visits to archival libraries. An established electronic family tree is required.
