Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Sauté, simmer, slice, bake, and blend to create delicious foods! Campers will create an assortment of dishes and desserts, as well as learn all about cooking safety and reading recipes. Space is extremely limited - only 12 campers per session! June 18th session will be All American Classics. Pre-Registration Required.

Yee Haw! Dress up in western gear, learn some boot scootin’ songs and dances, create some country crafts, and get ready for the BIG rodeo! Parents will be invited to attend the Rodeo and Cowboy Cookout on the last day of camp.
