Just keep movin"! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations. Led by Kathy "KP" Patterson.

November: Healthy from Head to Toe - Children will have fun learning how to stay healthy! Young children are very curious and love to learn about their body and the foods they eat. The week will consist of movement activities, crafts, and songs to reinforce health and nutrition. All children must be potty trained to attend the Preschool Pop-Up Camps

Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work. Students will need to bring hard-soled shoes. More details regarding costume and a year-end performance will be covered in class. Registration is for the entire semester and includes a T-shirt.
