Just keep movin"! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations. Led by Kathy "KP" Patterson.

This circle of friends, with loving hands and hearts, meets once a week to create beautiful, handmade crocheted items which are then donated to local nursing homes, children's hospitals and hospice centers. Bring your own crochet hooks. Yarn is supplied, but donations are always welcomed.

Unlike most Martial Arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and non competitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience. Class format is monthly sessions and meets weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays).
