Track Temple: Citizen Service Request Software Launch

We are pleased to announce the launch of Track Temple, a user-friendly web-based portal for the citizens of Temple to engage with City staff and communicate dynamically and efficiently. Citizens will be able to download the Track Temple app and submit requests concerning the City by department. They will also be able to view our calendar of events, find their city council district, look up the Code of Ordinances, and many more options. Track Temple is also available on the web by clicking the link in the service requests section of our website. All service requests are private and confidential and will only be viewed by the citizen submitting the service request and a City of Temple staff member. Track Temple will send live updates when your request is submitted, received by a staff member, and completed.

“City departments have many different programs and resources available to residents.  We thought it would be great to have a central location to find resources without having to search the website,” said Heather Bates, Director of Marketing and Communications.

The central goal of the launch of Track Temple is to enhance the digital experience for residents. Technology can be a powerful tool.

Track Temple will enable residents to take more control of the local government services they have available. Residents are encouraged to download the Track Temple app or visit the website at www.templetx.gov/tracktemple to begin using the service.
