"After playing collegiate basketball and earning a mathematics degree at Texas Woman’s University, I married my husband and had three boys.  While attending a gym to lose those post pregnancy pounds, I was introduced to TRX and was immediately hooked!  Despite never teaching a group fitness class, I attended the TRX Suspension Training Course in 2011 and the rest is history.  I have been teaching and training in different settings ever since.  I am both a certified personal trainer, and I hold a top level TRX certification as a TEAM Certified Coach.  As an ambassador of TRX, I live by the TRX motto of ‘Making Your Body Your Machine!’ ”

Charity is from Mesa, AZ and graduated with her Associate Degree from BYU-Idaho in 2012. She is married to the love of her life, Troy, and together they have 3 children.

​She has a love for violin, piano, running (she has run 2 marathons and 3 half marathons), synchronized swimming and HIGH Fitness.

​She decided to get certified in HIGH Fitness because she loved the energy of the classes that she attended.

"I am a United States Marine Veteran, retired Army Staff Sergeant, and a wounded warrior.  My first four years in military, I did in the Marine Corps and the other fourteen years in the Army. I did two combat tours to Iraq in 2003-2004 and 2005.

I started road cycling in 2007 and mountain biking in 2011. I took up spinning at the Summit in 2008. In 2012 I decided to get my certification in spinning through MADD Dog. I started subbing for the next year and half and I was hired on at the Summit in fall of 2013. I received my Crossfit Level 1 in 2014 and I coach at Crossfit DSP.

2012 RAAM Team Finisher, 2012 Hood to Coast 199mile Relay Run Finisher, 2012 Team Time Trial Tour de Gruene, 2013 1st Place 12 hour Team mixed category at the Texas Time Trials, 6th Place 24Hr of Rocky Hill Mountain Bike Relay Race , Certified Spin Instructor since 2012."

"I’m a recent transplant to Texas. I grew up on the East Coast in Connecticut and New Jersey. I’ve spent the last 7 years living on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. My passion for yoga began in 1999 when I attended my first class with my mom. After nearly two decades of being a dedicated student, I fulfilled my lifelong dream of becoming a yoga instructor in 2016 by receiving my teaching certification from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, TX. I’m currently pursuing my RYT-500 with Yoga Yoga, also in Austin. I believe in living sustainable, I advocate for animal rights and the environment. When I’m not practicing yoga or meditating; I love to surf, stand-up paddle board, hike, travel, paint and spend time outdoors with my husband and our three fur babies."


Serena Lewis

Serena is an RYT-200, born and raised in the Central Texas area.  Shortly after beginning her yoga journey, she developed a deep passion for the practice and quickly pursued her teacher training.  She completed a 200-hour Hatha training at Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas.  Serena also completed 85 hour prenatal yoga training.  Serena continues her education about the practice of yoga to support and nourish her students through their physical and spiritual yoga journey.  Serena's classes are laid-back, soulful, and energizing.  She creates a space where ALL are welcome.

Sara Midturi

Class: Total Body

​Sara has earned her BS in Nutrition Science from Texas A&M. She is a lover of coffee, cooking and traveling. She loves to meet new people and host events, such as dinner parties and showers.

​She loves Total Body because the group environment pushes her to work harder than she would alone. Plus, it is a full body workout with exercises and combination move that she really loves.

​Ashley is a mother of two and a lover of seafood, Leonardo Dicaprio, and rock music. When she is not teaching cycling, she loves tennis, kickboxing, weightlifting, and golf.

​"I've always been an athlete, but when I was pregnant with my son 9 years ago, I was very sick and could not exercise. I had a hard time losing the weight until I found cycling! Now I make an effort to maintain a strong aerobic base. Spin is my all-time favorite! I hope to help people realize exercise is fun so they stick with it!"
