    Just Keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  5. Taijutsu for Adults

    Unlike most Martial Arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and non competitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience. Class format is monthly sessions and classes meet weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays). Pre- Registration Required.

    Looking for something fun to do while out for Christmas Holiday Break. Enjoy the care free days of this holiday season at Camp Holidaze. There will be many great, creative activities planned for the camp. Campers will experience archery, hiking, Skating, rock wall climbing, outdoor living skills training, outdoor meal preparation and many other cool activities. Bring a friend or make or make new ones. Pack a sack lunch and we will pack the fun! No camp 12/24,12/25,1/1. For ages 5-13.

    January: Jammin’ Jungle - Campers will experience a week of adventure and learn about the animals that live in the jungle. Join us as we travel through the rainforest in our safari vests, make an animal mask and create rain sticks. All children must be potty trained to attend the Preschool Pop-Up Camps.

    Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed. Students use these methods to learn to successfully deal with various self defense situations. Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required. Pre-Registration Required.
