    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  6. Taijutsu for Adults

    Unlike most Martial Arts training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo, Taijutsu is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together and assist one another in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition, or previous martial art experience.

    This course provides an overview of child abuse, neglect, definitions, statistics, possible causes, and basic investigation techniques. This course is required for officers to progress from a Basic Peace Officer License to an Intermediate Peace Officer License. Upon completion, 24 hours of TCOLE credit will be awarded. Class size limited to 20 attendees. Registration for this course is closed as it has reached capacity.
