  3. Red Cross Lifeguard Course

    December 29, 8:00 AM - December 31, 6:00 PM @ Class will be held at the Temple High School Swim Center located at: 412 N 31st St Temple, TX

    Become a Lifeguard! Gain the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, respond to and care for aquatic and land emergencies until EMS takes over. This is a blended learning course so you will need to register early and complete the online portion before class starts. There is a $35 fee that each student will need to pay the American Red Cross in addition to the Course fee of $175. Expect the online course to take 8-10 hours. You must register at Sammons Indoor Pool at least ten days before class begins. Sammons Indoor Pool is located at: 2220 W Ave D Temple, TX 254-298-5930

    Get ready, get set, and sing! Children are always excited about Christmas and singing, so why not combine their love for both? Christmas caroling is a holiday tradition that uses cheery music and holiday spirit to spread season’s greetings. Children will learn and perfect Christmas songs in the morning and be caroling around Temple as a group by the afternoon. Children need to bring a sack lunch.
