Learn simple, easy to learn Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to help you relax and unwind. This class is designed to help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing, therapeutic benefits of massage with each other. You will be educated on massage techniques, products, and breathing exercises. Participants are encouraged to bring their own massage oils or aromatherapy for use.   33. Canton Day Trip

    What started more than a century ago as just a flea market has become home to some of the most original home furnishings, collectibles and crafts that cannot be found anywhere else. Make plans to join us for a day trip to First Monday Trade Days in Canton to enjoy a shopping experience like no other. Van will leave at 7 a.m. from the Gober Party House and return at 8 p.m. Transportation and a light breakfast snack are provided, but shopping and meals are on your own. Space is extremely limited.

Parks and Leisure Events

    It is very important for a child to have a great relationship with their dog. This class will teach children how to safely interact with their own pet, as well as other dogs. This is a 4-part class where participants will learn proper training techniques, how to make a handmade toy and a few dog tricks. Proof of vaccination must be provided at the first class. Puppies must be 4 months or older. Class meets every week.

  2. Frozen Sing Along

    Gather up the family and enjoy a sing-along featuring your favorite songs from the movie Frozen.     This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength, and longevity.
