Adult Programs

  1. Basic Dog Obedience

    July 29, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Sammons Community Center

    This course is designed for both owners and dogs to bond. Owners will learn verbal commands and hand signals like sit, stay, come and heel to better communicate with their dogs. This course also helps to socialize dogs with other people and canines in a controlled setting to create a more enjoyable and safer relationship with your pet. This course is open to puppies 6 months or older. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations and be on a leash. Please bring shot records to first class.

    Teaching your child to swim and be safe in the water should be on every parent's mind. Drowning is the leading cause of accidental deaths for children under five and the second leading cause for children under fifteen. Let our certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructors teach your child how to have fun in the water while being safe as well as the basics of swimming.
