"Hi! My name is Leanne Edgar. I am an AFFA certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I have 11 years experience in the fitness industry, both in group fitness and personal training. I’ve taught group classes such as step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, and water aerobics. I spent 5 years teaching Elementary Physical Education. I have an amazing husband and three beautiful children. I currently do both one on one personal training, as well as, small group training. I focus on women’s fitness, and my passion is helping women get healthy and fit, and feel good about themselves. If you’re looking to make a lifestyle change, or improve upon your current fitness level, I will work personally with you to set up an exercise program that fits your current fitness level, but also pushes and challenges you beyond where you currently are, so that you experience real results. I also offer nutritional and supplement coaching to give you a well rounded approach to wellness. It is my personal goal to help you reach your goals, and become the best you that you can be!"

"I am a Speed and Agility certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I played football while earning my Bachelor's from Angelo State University, where I majored in Kinesiology.  While growing up in the gym industry, I found a love for training.  With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients ranging from the ages of 10 to 60.  I specialize in weight loss, strength training, conditioning, and athlete-specific training.  In my free time, I enjoy playing recreational sports and finding new ways to enhance my physical fitness goals."

“After playing collegiate basketball and earning a mathematics degree at Texas Woman’s University, I married my husband and had three boys.  While attending a gym to lose those post pregnancy pounds, I was introduced to TRX and was immediately hooked!  Despite never teaching a group fitness class, I attended the TRX Suspension Training Course in 2011 and the rest is history.  I have been teaching and training in different settings ever since.  I am both a certified personal trainer, and I hold a top level TRX certification as a TEAM Certified Coach.  As an ambassador of TRX, I live by the TRX motto of ‘Making Your Body Your Machine!’ ”
